And the merging
Complete integration
Of a tiny organism
Into the basis
Of our understanding
Of the sustenance
Of being alive
To observe and wonder
As to what is
The meaning
Of it all
Encapsulated and folding
The layers of time
Only to discover
It’s probably us
Everything to satisfy
Our needs and wants
Layed at our feet
How far do we go ?
It’s starting to show
Wants far outweigh
What we need
The answer is greed !
