Painted entirely with a palette knife after much study and preperation and i must say the photo does not do it justice, a great subject and an honor to be able to paint it , i remember about 20 years ago seeing the original in the national gallery not as good as the original but a heartfelt effort. Thank you.
Very different style for you Anthony. It looks incredible and can only imaging how difficult it was to paint with just a palette knife! A lot of skill involved by a true artist.
