This is my first post in a while I was distracted and my illusions were shattered in recent dialogue with New York.

Anyway there is a great story behind this painting, I was driving along and noticed this little fella about to march from the verge onto the road and to certain death, so I stopped and parked on the hard shoulder ran across the road and picked this little fella up and put him or her into my pocket back to my car and in for my coffee.
Whist drinking my coffee me and this little fella had a chat, up close but not too personal, ” what am I going to do with you my spiny friend” to which he or she smartly answered- ” Do onto others and you would have them do onto you” MMMM I said fair enough, so off we went to the big park land in Ard Gillan, to my friend from my pocket and set him or her free and off it went about it’s business sniffin like mad and turning over the leaves and moss for a morsel of food, I, on making enquiries learn’t they like cat-food, so I bought a tin and gave a very small amount to help it on it’s way. I gave my little friend a message to pass on. I need freedom.
